Shipping & returns
The short version: everything ships tracked and insured, and you have 14 days to change your mind on shop items.
Packing
Every model is varnished, wrapped and packed in a foam-lined box, so it arrives in one piece. Orders ship within 2–3 working days after payment.

Orders outside the EU may have customs fees, paid by the buyer on delivery.
Payment
There's no payment on the site. After you order, I email you a secure payment link (card or bank transfer, via Payoneer). Unpaid orders are released after 3 days.
Returns
Changed your mind? You can return a shop item within 14 days of delivery. Write to me first, then send it back in the original box. You get a full refund within 5 days of it arriving.
Commissions
Commissions are painted to your request, so they can't be returned. You see photos before it ships, and if something isn't right, I'll fix it.
Damaged in transit
It rarely happens, but if it does, send me a photo within 48 hours of delivery and I'll repair it or refund you.
