Short and plain: I only collect what I need to send you your order or answer your request.
What I collect
When you order: your name, email, shipping address and an optional note. When you ask for a commission quote: your name, email and what you wrote. Nothing else. There are no ads, no tracking cookies and no analytics that follow you around.
Why
To reserve your pieces, send you a payment link, ship the order and reply to you. Payments are handled by Payoneer on their own pages; I never see your card details.
Who else sees it
The site runs on Cloudflare. Emails are sent through an email service. Your address goes to the postal service on the parcel. I don't sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long I keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax rules require. Quote requests that don't turn into an order are deleted after 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask me what I have about you, ask me to correct it or to delete it. Just write to hello@artursheresy.com.
